Biman Bangladesh Airlines is the national flag carrier of Bangladesh, having its main hub at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport. As of August 2018, Bangladesh Biman Airlines currently has 12 aircraft. The carrier recently received factory-fresh aircraft Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner on August 19, 2018. Presently it has 4 no’s of Boeing 737-800, 4 no’s of Boeing 777-300ER, 1 no of Boeing 787-8 and 3 no’s of Dash 8 Q400. The carrier also ordered 3 more Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner which will be delivered gradually from end of 2018 and 2019.
